Weekly Summary - Week of April 11, 2011
Monday - 15 minute easy run on TM - really not necessary, and probably shouldn't have done it, but I did. Some TB arms too.
Tuesday - 4000 in the pool - glorious
Wednesday - Love Wednesday sweat fests :) 1:15 on the spin bike (45' in class and 30' on my own) followed by a 60' run on the TM with 6x6:00 and 2:00 jog in between. Core and bosu pushups.
Thursday - 2400 in the pool - little short on time due to sleeping in.
Friday - 3:45 on the trainer - mentally tough, but done! Nice and sweaty!
Saturday - DOUBLE DAY! #1: 1:30 on the trainer pretty easy mostly Zone 1. #2: 3400 in the pool...my own made up workout and found myself racing the old guy next to me. It worked.
Sunday - Tired, but know that this run will push me to a new level - running tired. 2:00 outside in 18mph winds and a WC of 23. Slow, but steady with some hills too.

Swim: 30:10- 87.450 yds
Bike: 45:10(6:30 this week, yay) - ? miles-all indoors yet
Run: 39:00 - 231.75 miles
